Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an issue, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund. To begin the process, we will require photos or a video of the issue.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide to return an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item has been returned to us with tracking, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • We cannot issue a refund if the item is not returned.
  • Items sent to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
